How can I contact Psech?

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Any requests after this time will be declined. You can return your order for a full refund upon receipt.

 

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

 

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, it may take between 2 to 4 weeks for orders to arrive.

 

What if I do not receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 30 days after shipment, you are entitled to a full refund.

 

Will I be charged customs and taxes?

Prices displayed on our website are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import duties, taxes, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and not covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your local customs department. What if the items I received are defective/wrong/damaged?

Please contact us if you received incorrect, missing, and/or defective merchandise. Please provide your order number, photos of the items, and any relevant references upon receipt of your package. We will do our best to resolve your case as quickly as possible.

 

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item or cancellation request to the card-issuing bank. For questions regarding the timing of the credit posting to your account, please contact the card-issuing bank. If you have not received credit for your return, follow these steps: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be posted to your account.
